Viewing the sunrise over Angkor Wat is an amazing introduction to this awesome temple complex, and wandering through the surrounding ruins of jungle-shrouded Ta Prohm and intricately carved Bantei Srei are other unforgettable experiences. There is more to see in Siem Reap than just temples. We take an afternoon boat ride to the ecological marvel, Tonle Sap Lake, to visit the floating villages, schools, hospitals that create the lake’s vibrant communities. Luang Prabang is Laos’ hidden gem, famous for its gilded monasteries, saffron-robed monks and lively night market. The town is surrounded by jungle mountains, and a short trip into the countryside will bring us to beautiful waterfalls.
